Where can I build my fence if I’m on a zero lot line lot?
Your fence will be built from the rear corner of your home on the zero side to the back property line, across the back property line then back to the rear corner of your neighbour’s home on the zero lot line side. You’ll have one side yard and can put a gate on the non-zero lot line side.
You’ll need to make sure you’re aware of any easements registered on the title as your neighbour may require access to their home from your side yard.
